Chris Klieman and the Kansas State football team have achieved a significant milestone in their
recruiting efforts. Brock Heath, a 6-foot-5, 258-pound offensive lineman from Blue Valley Northwest, announced his commitment to the Wildcats on social media on Thursday. This commitment is notable for K-State as they faced strong competition for Heath’s recruitment. He chose K-State over other schools such as Arkansas, Baylor, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas, Northwestern, Nebraska, Michigan State, and Missouri. Heath is regarded as a four-star recruit by On3 and ESPN, and a three-star recruit by 247Sports and Rivals. On3 ranks him as the seventh best recruit in Kansas and the 286th nationally. K-State has been successful in recruiting from the Kansas City area recently, also securing three-star linebacker Maguire Richman from Blue Valley last week. With Heath’s commitment, the Wildcats now have three in-state recruits for their 2025 class, which could increase if five-star tight end Linkon Cure from Goodland decides to join later this summer. Currently, the Wildcats have commitments from 11 prospects for the class of 2025, with Heath being the highest-rated recruit among them.
